The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal or aviation advice for your project. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but services, equipment, pricing and regulations change, and we do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete or current.
3. Pricing and quotations
Prices and rates on this website are indicative only. Submitting a quote request or receiving an estimate does not create a binding agreement. An agreement exists only once we have issued a formal written quotation and it has been accepted. The terms of that quotation, production agreement or client contract apply to the work and take precedence over anything on this website.
4. Feasibility, safety and approvals
Whether a drone operation can go ahead, and what can be delivered, depends on factors such as location, airspace, regulatory and landowner approvals, weather, safety and technical feasibility. Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular operation can be legally or safely performed. We may decline, postpone, change or stop an operation where safety, regulatory or operational requirements call for it.
5. Copyright and use of website content
The photographs, footage, text, logo and design on this website are owned by Aerial Drone Solutions or used with permission from their owners, and are protected by copyright. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit or use any of its content, including stills or footage, for commercial or other purposes without our prior written permission.
6. Photography, footage and client material
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual-property ownership and usage rights in photographs, footage, edits and other deliverables are governed by the applicable quotation, production agreement or client contract.
Aerial Drone Solutions will not knowingly publish confidential or unreleased client material contrary to an applicable agreement, and displays client names, logos, footage or project credits only where it has a lawful basis or permission to do so.
7. Client names, logos and credits
Client names, logos, production titles and other trade marks shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Showing them refers to work we have done or been involved in, and does not mean the owner endorses this website or our other services. If you believe something is shown incorrectly, please contact us and we will review it promptly.
8. Reviews and testimonials
Testimonials on this website are taken from genuine reviews left by clients on Google. They may be shortened, but their meaning is not changed. Any rating or review count shown reflects the position on Google when the website was last updated and may since have changed. The full, current reviews are on Google.
9. Third-party links and embedded video
This website links to services we do not control, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google. Videos are embedded from YouTube and load only when you choose to play them. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
10. Acceptable use
Please do not use this website or its quote form to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content, malware or spam, or try to interfere with the website’s operation or security. Only upload or share files you are entitled to share.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, or our liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
